PORK KETCHUP

A simple recipe made with Ajinoya's special okonomiyaki sauce.
Stir-fry the ingredients and when the fire goes through, just entangle the sauce.

    Soy sauce

    REMARKS
    “Tb.” is a tablespoon, “ts.” is a teaspoon .

    Material 2 (ingredients)

    Pork
    150g
    Sliced onion
    half
    Sliced bell pepper

    Special sauce

  • How to make

    1. Prepare the special sauce by mixing the ingredients of "Material 1".
    2. Stir-fry the ingredients of "Material 2" (pork, onions, green peppers).
    3. Stir-fry the ingredients of "Material 2" until cooked, then add the special sauce of "Material 1" and mix.

    Short note

    Ajinoya's okonomiyaki sauce can also be used as a secret ingredient in cooking.

    It goes well with hamburger sauce, curry, and Neapolitan.

CHEESE SENBEI

  • How to make

    1. Mix okonomiyaki ingredients and rice.
    2. Heat up a frying pan and bake into senbei-sized pieces.
    3. Put the desired amount of melted cheese on it, turn it over and bake.
    4. Turn over, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with green seaweed if desired.

    It's also delicious if you add chopped bacon or seafood

Japanese yam Yaki

"Japanese yam Yaki" with Ajinoya's special okonomiyaki flour.

The recommended doneness is delicious when it is half hardened (medium rare).

    Water

    Japanese yam
    50g
    soy sauce

    Boiled octopus
    To taste
    Egg yolk

    Mayonnaise
    To taste
    Seasoned seaweed
    To taste
    Radish sprouts
    To taste
    REMARKS

  • How to make

    1. Put water and okonomiyaki flour in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Add grated japanese yam and soy sauce to Step 1 and mix well.
      *It's hard to mix, so the trick is to mix more than you think!
    3. If you like, add chopped boiled octopus and mix.
    4. Lightly oil a hot iron plate, add the batter from ”Step 3” and bake.
    5. When the surroundings harden, it is baked.
    6. Remove from the heat and garnish the center with egg yolk, mayonnaise, seasoned seaweed, and Radish sprouts.
